The latest in fashion is to have not only longer lashes, but to achieve a more dense and softer look by opting for the Russian Volume technique. As the name suggests, this new trend originates from Russia, where lash pioneers created fans made out from 2 or more lashes and placing them on to a single natural lash to create the fullest set you can possibly imagine.
